Finding peace & power while realigning with the intended design
I have grown to deeply appreciate the biblical representation of Jesus as the lion and the lamb. The lion represents His unwavering confidence, power, & strength. The lamb represents His gentleness & humility. My mission is to empower mothers to realign with the intended design in their health, pregnancies, & birth experiences. I believe that He is for us. These areas of our lives have been unnecessarily complicated, and can be much simpler & full of joy. Realigning with our intended design requires us to deeply connect with the Holy-Spirit as our intuitive guide. It’s tearing off layers of indoctrinated beliefs & stripping it down to who we really are as humans. We are powerful, intricately designed children of God who are in a partnership with Him as we navigate these areas of our lives. The process of burning it all down & coming into true alignment often leads mothers down the unconventional path. I walk with women as they realign & begin to operate in a new found balance between their fierce confidence & humility. I am dedicated to sharing countercultural knowledge and resources to help women make confident, informed decisions about birth, health, and motherhood. It is my mission to provide women with alternatives they may not realize are an option. If we don’t know our options, we do not have any. I serve women through my online educational resources, birth mentoring support, & in-person birth doula service (serving South/ Central Indiana). This space is for humble women who are ready to reignite the fire that is motherhood. To find the joy, passion & honor that it is to be called Mom, and to walk in solid confidence within this role.

I am so grateful to Elaina for her wonderful birth mentorship program I joined in preparation for my redemptive homebirth of my third baby (2nd VBAC, 4.7kg baby). I would highly recommend it to any woman who is preparing for birth, especially those with a prior traumatic birth experience, and also those who are curious to explore this from a Christian perspective. I also believe those who have never given birth, and those who are not religious, would find the method helpful. I particularly enjoyed our online weekly group meetings, which kept me accountable for doing my homework (the method) and also provided support from other women, which I feel is essential for feeling safe during pregnancy and birth. The method taught on the course is an easily accessible way to alter how we respond to fears or concerns that arise in pregnancy and birth, which ultimately helps us manifest our ideal birth. This leads to a positive and exciting feeling prior to birth and a surrender and deep acceptance of whatever happens. Thank you so much Elaina.

Elaina was my birth doula, and I can't imagine my birth without her.
Before I had even decided to hire a doula, she patiently answered all of my questions and reservations and walked me through what working with her would look like. She made it an easy decision to hire her. Throughout my pregnancy she held my hand every step of the way. Between in-person visits, texts, voice notes, and phone calls, she became a steady support system and someone I could lean on as I worked through my fears and anxieties. By the time my due date came around, we had a clear plan.
When I went into labor, she reassured me there was no such thing as calling her over "too soon." She came to my house at 12AM and stayed by my side for all 15 hours of labor until by sweet boy was earth side. She would gently offer position changes when they might feel good, but never in a way that made me feel like I was doing something wrong. More than anything, she was a stable, grounding presence who never made me feel like I had to be doing anything different.
As things got more intense, she picked up on my need for physical support and made sure her hand was always on me, while offering constant gentle words of reassurance. Because we had built such a strong relationship, she just knew what I needed.
She also worked beautifully with my husband and family. She was the person in the room they could look to when things got intense, and seeing how calm and grounded she was told them everything was going to be okay. Elaina trusts the birth process so deeply that you can feel it in the room, and it helped me trust myself and my body more.
I also love that she is a woman of faith. We don't share the same religion, but we are both very spiritual people, and knowing she was holding me in her prayers throughout my pregnancy and labor meant so much to me. She always respected our differences and kept that part professional, while letting her faith shape the beautiful way she shows up as a doula.
Her support didn't end after birth. She kept checking in on me during postpartum and was someone I could reach out to when I was struggling emotionally or needed help with breastfeeding. Having a fellow mom who has been through similar experiences was so helpful, and she has a gift for being supportive without giving unsolicited advice or opinions.
I would HIGHLY recommend Elaina. If I have more babies, I will be reaching out to her again. She has, and always will have, a very special place in my heart.

I highly recommend Elaina as a doula! Elaina was extremely helpful from the start of giving us our first birth class all the way to delivery. As new parents, we were very nervous but she eased our anxieties almost immediately from the first visit with her. Elaina was compassionate, calm & caring while giving me the space to make decisions that best supported what I wanted with my birth experience. She also helped give me the confidence to advocate for myself as needed and was also there to advocate for me if I needed her to. She was not only knowledgeable but supportive in the whole process. The thing that I remember most was her comforting me as we approached delivery. From certain positioning to breathing exercises she was very knowledgeable. I am also a very anxious person but having her in the room completely eased my nerves. Elaina reminded me that me and baby were in it together and to stay connected to that thought during labor. I feel like this made a huge difference in my birth experience. Elaina has a heart of gold & is a true blessing to any woman who decides to use her as a doula. We were so lucky to have her as a doula for our first ever birth experience!
MY VISION
Merging informed decision making with intuitive, Holy Spirit-led decision making
My vision is to create a supportive and empowering hub for women, where they can easily access reliable, trusted information and practical tools to navigate birth, health, and motherhood with confidence. I am fiercely passionate about debunking long-lived myths in the birth space & showing women that they are capable of making informed choices without being a so-called “expert.” I will provide you with solid information, while also challenging you to expand your thinking and consider that not all choices must be solely based on statistics or conventional standard practices. I hold the belief that God equips us with exactly what we need and so I will provide information that stems from that belief- getting back to the basics of health and simplifying what has been overly complicated. Through my blog, birth services, and future courses, I aim to educate & equip women with the tools to make confident, authentic decisions.
